the hotel itself is in a beautiful building with incredible interiors. the main building has high ceilings and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the private parking is a great perk, and it's even free. the staff were attentive, especially the receptionist who settled us in. Despite being tired, he went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcome. the gardens surrounding the hotel provide lovely views of the hills, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The breakfast was also good, and overall, the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Cons: All was good 😊.

Miro Ristorante is just walking distance from the hotel. Our favorite venue in Campi Bisenzio, we would recommend it.

At Hotel 500 Firenze, we really felt like we got our money's worth. The room was comfortable and lovely, and we had a peaceful sleep. The location was great for exploring Western Tuscany, with easy access to Pisa, Florence, the beach, and more. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by having a more traditional buffet instead of a plastic wall separating the food.

The hotel is beautiful. I loved the interior design of all the facilities & rooms. The restaurant is gorgeous and has great food. Breakfast offers a good selection. The staff is friend. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. I will definately stay here again. It is a little outside of Florence and you will need a car to get around, but parking is free whereas if you stay inside Florence, you will have to pay at least 18Euros/night for parking. Internet is free as well.

The hotel itself is attractive and modern, with lovely grounds. Staff were very welcoming.
The location proved really problematic. I had expected to be able to drive into Prato relatively easily, but it turned out to be a really difficult drive through heavy traffic. Although the room looks great, it is irritatingly impractical, with subdued lighting, no drawers and no shelving in bathroom despite lots of space - a triumph of style over substance! The pool looks really nice, but was not available for swimming despite hot weather, and I got the impression it rarely is.

We loved the well-maintained facilities and pool, the exquisite dishes in the restaurant, and the attentive staff. The hotel is conveniently located near three motorways, making it easy to explore Tuscany by car. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered free parking.
Not one thing.

This is a great Hotel and outstanding property. My husband and i have been going there for years, and are always happy to return. the rooms are great, with contemporary furniture, but the property itself is beautiful and very very well kept. The pool is a great asset for summer visits. we recomend it to anyone having to go to Florence, since it is strategically close, yet one gets the tuscan villa experience. The restaurant had a professional staff, and good menu options. it is a hidden gem, and will continue to go there.
the lady at the front desk is not friendly at all. they should have someone with more PR experience dealing with guests. i think the cleaning lady took one of my toiletries....
